Antipasto Salad: Italian meats and cheeses mixed with vegetables and herbs tossed in an Italian Vinaigrette and served cold.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breasts:
Apple stuffing filled chicken breasts topped with a béarnaise sauce. Served with roasted potatoes.

Baked Ziti:
Ziti pasta baked with three cheeses and tomato sauce. Served with garlic bread.

Beef Enchiladas:
Seasoned ground beef, yellow rice and cheddar cheese wrapped in flour tortillas baked with a cheese sauce until bubbly.

Beef Stew:
Chunks of tender beef simmered with vegetables in a thick beef sauce. Served with crusty rolls.

Beef Tips: Tender beef tips and mushrooms cooked in a red wine sauce served with twice baked potatoes.

Calzone: Italian meats and cheese are wrapped in dough and baked until golden brown.

Chicken Piccata:
Chicken breast cutlets sautéed in a lemon wine sauce with capers. Served over angel hair pasta.

Chicken Parmesan:
Breaded chicken cutlets with marinara sauce baked with mozzarella cheese. Served over pasta.

Chicken Stew & Biscuits: Diced chicken and vegetables in a creamy sauce topped with biscuits.

Chili:
Hearty beef chili topped with cheddar cheese.

Lasagna:
Layers of lasagna noodles filled with meat and ricotta cheese filling. Served with garlic bread.

Meatloaf: Beef and pork meat mixed with vegetables. Served with mashed potatoes.

Penne alla Vodka Sauce: Penne pasta tossed in a creamy vodka sauce with prosciutto, peas, and parmesan cheese.

Pork Loin: Stuffed Pork loin served with roasted potatoes and gravy.

Pork Chops:
Juicy pork chops stuffed with bread stuffing and baked in a mushroom gravy. Served with mashed potatoes.

Puerto Rican Chicken & Rice (Arroz con Pollo): Shredded chicken pieces cooked in a seasoned broth with capers and green olives. Served over seasoned rice and baby peas.

Quiche:
Ham, cheddar and egg quiche baked until fluffy and light.

Sausage & Peppers:
Not your usual sausage and peppers. Combined with onions, red and green peppers and simmered in marsala wine, tomatoes and herbs. Served with crusty rolls.

Shepherd’s Pie: Ground beef simmered in broth and mixed with carrots and peas. This dish is topped with creamy mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese. Served with fresh bread.

Shrimp and Orzo Salad:
Shrimp, orzo, grape tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables tossed with a tarragon dressing served cold. 

Spaghetti Pie- A nice switch from your normal spaghetti. Spaghetti is misxed with egg and cheese and placed in the dish. It is then covered with a rich meat suace and sprinkled with mozzerrella cheese. Finally the entire pie is baked until the cheese melts. This will quickly become a family favorite.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts: Stuffed chicken breasts topped with a brandy sauce. Served with mashed potatoes.

Stuffed Chicken Marsala:
Chicken breasts stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese sautéed in marsala wine sauce with mushrooms. Served with creamy asparagus risotto.

Stuffed Shells:
Meat and cheese stuffed into pasta shells and baked with mozzarella cheese until bubbly on top. Served with garlic bread.


New Year’s Resolution Menu

The following meals were put together to make it easy but every bit as delicious to keep your New Year's resolution to eat healthier. Give one a try. You won't miss a thing here!

Baked Greek Shrimp with Feta: Shrimp baked with garlic and feta cheese. This is perfect along with Roasted Asparagus spears.

Balsamic Tuna Salad: Tuna Salad made with red onions, capers, and celery substituting lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for the traditional mayonnaise sauce. Served in hollowed seasoned tomatoes.


Black Bean and Chicken Chilaquiles: A traditional Mexican favorite, this hearty version of chilaquiles is baked. Shredded chicken is cooked with garlic, onions and salsa and baked with corn tortillas topped with low-fat queso blanco. You will never go back after tasting this healthier version of a Mexican comfort food.

Chicken alla Romana
: Chicken breasts with onions and yellow and red peppers are braised in a white wine sauce and finished with a sprinkling of fresh parsley. This Italian favorite comes with a side of crisp tender green beans.

Chicken Broccoli Casserole: A lightened up version of the classic Chicken Divan. Chunks of white meat chicken in a creamy sauce with broccoli and light cheese.  A one cup serving of this dish has under 300 calories!


Chicken Piccata: Chicken breasts sautéed with lemons, capers and white wine. The usual pasta in this dish is replaced with spaghetti squash. This healthier version uses no butter but has every bit as much flavor!

Chickpea Burgers:
This vegetarian dish is a hearty alternative to a traditional burger. Served with a cucumber sauce and pita pockets.

Couscous Salad with Chicken and Roasted Veggies: A light vinaigrette combines the fresh flavors of chicken and roasted vegetables with couscous.


Cuban Pork: Boneless center cut pork chops marinated in a Cuban Mojo sauce and grilled. Served with black beans and brown rice. (white rice can be substituted)

Eggplant Rollatini: Slices of grilled eggplant are rolled with a ricotta cheese and turkey sausage filling and baked. Served with tomato and cucumber salad.

Grilled Shrimp Lettuce Wraps: Shrimp marinated in wine, garlic and other herbs grilled and served with salsa fresca and low fat cheese. Wrap these up in a lettuce cup for a perfect light dinner.

Korean Beef: Slices of Asian marinated flank steak grilled and served with Asian Broccoli Stir Fry and topped with toasted almonds.

Lemon Chicken with Broccoli:
Lemony chicken cubes served as a one-dish meal with broccoli spears.

Oregano Chicken: Chicken breasts simmered in broth with lots of oregano and kalamata olives. This Greek inspired meal satisfies those who are looking for a change from the ordinary baked chicken dinner. Served with lemon and parsley orzo.

Pasta Puttanesca: A classic Italian dish with so much flavor no one will ever miss the fact that there is no meat. Olives accompany whole wheat pasta and a hearty red sauce.


Pesto Grilled Chicken: Chicken breasts grilled until perfectly juicy and topped with a dollop of pesto. Accompanied by fresh tomato and fresh mozzarella slices, basil and drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken Sausage: Slices of chicken and spinach sausage are mixed with bowtie pasta and grape tomatoes and tossed with fresh pesto.

Roasted Balsamic Chicken:
Chicken breasts roasted with a Dijon Balsamic Vinagrette. Citrus baby carrots are a sweet side to this flavorful and good for you meal.

Salmon with Lemon, Capers and Rosemary: Salmon cooked in packets with white wine, lemon, capers and fresh rosemary. Tri-color couscous is served alongside.

Turkey Meatballs with Whole Wheat Pasta: A moist and flavorful meatball made from ground turkey. No one will ever miss the beef! Served on top of a bed of whole wheat pasta and spicy marinara sauce.

Turkey Sausage and Peppers:  This tasty Italian dish is made healthier by using Italian Turkey sausages. Slow cooked with peppers, onions, tomatoes and other herbs.

Don't be afraid to ask if you don't see your favorite dessert. Orders for sweets can be customized completely. Also, ask about our decorated cookie cutouts. They are perfect for a special occasion!

Banana Crunch Muffins: Banana flavored muffins topped with a cinnamon crunch topping and baked until golden brown.

Blonde Brownies: Chewy chocolate chip bars baked with or without nuts.

Brownies: One dozen rich, fudgey brownies. Can be made with chocolate chips or your choice of nuts.

Cheesecake: Creamy cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

Chocolate Cheesecake: A great variation of the traditional cheesecake made just for those who can’t choose. Creamy, smooth and chocolatey.

Chocolate Buttercream Cake: Rich and moist this chocolate cake is flavored with a hint of coffee in both the cake batter and frosting. This is sure to be a favorite!

Chocolate Kahlua Cake: Three layers of chocolate cake flavored with kahlua filled with whipped cream. Frosted with mocha buttercream frosting and covered in chocolate ganache.

Coconut Macaroons: One dozen moist coconut macaroons drizzled with chocolate and baked until golden brown.

Cookies: One dozen of your choice of Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate chip, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin, or Pumpkin Spice.

Crepes: One dozen crepes made fresh and served with seasonal fruit.sauce.

Cupcakes: Your choice of one dozen chocolate, vanilla, lemon, pumpkin, mocha, or red velvet frosted with your choice of chocolate, white, cream cheese frosting or vanilla glaze.

Fruit Tatin: Seasonal fruit baked on top of a moist yellow cake and dusted with confectioners’ sugar. This is a simple cake that will please the entire crowd.

Pumpkin Bars: One dozen pumpkin spice bars frosted with cream cheese frosting.

Simple Chocolate Cake: Simply the best chocolate bundt cake with chocolate chips baked inside. So good this cake doesn’t need any frosting.

Strawberry Tallcake: Two layer of white cake flavored with your choice of liquors. Filled and topped with whipped cream and strawberries. A true summertime treat.

Peanut Butter Bomb: Chocolate bundt cake split and filled with peanut butter mousse. Topped with peanut butter mousse balls and enrobed in chocolate ganache and drizzled with peanut butter. 


                                                  Appetizers 

Asiago Stuffed Potatoes- Baby red potatoes stuffed with an asiago cheese and basil mixture and cooked under a broiler.

Blue Cheese & Bacon Puffs- Crispy bacon and tangy blue cheese are baked into a French pastry dough and baked to make these mouthwatering morsels.

Brie Bites- Bite sized pieces of Brie cheese stuffed into phyllo dough and bakes until golden and crisp.

Bruschetta- Diced Roma tomatoes, garlic and basil top golden crostini bread and served cold.

Caprese Skewers- Sweet Grape Tomatoes and fresh mozzarella pieces on skewers are then drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with fresh basil. For added flavor you may choose to add a cube of genoa salami and a cheese tortellini to the skewers.

Cheese Straws- Puff Pastry dough twisted and then sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Baked until puffed and golden brown.

Chicken, Tuna, or Egg Salad Finger Sandwiches- These salads are just different enough to wow your guests. Served on fresh yeast rolls.

Crab Bites- Crab and cheese mixture spread onto english muffins and baked until bubbly.

Ham and Swiss Puffs- Diced ham and Baby Swiss Cheese are mixed into a french pastry dough and baked until puffy and golden brown. A delicious bite to eat either right from the oven or at room temperature.

Macaroni and Cheese Cups- Comfort food made bite sized. Scoops of macaroni and cheese are baked in mini muffin cups to make a perfectly sized cheesy treat.

Mini Quiches- Ham or Bacon and cheese mixed with an egg custard and baked until brown on top.

Mini Reuben Sandwiches- A deli favorite made in the perfect size for your cocktail party. Corned Beef, Sauerkraut and swiss cheese are sandwiched between light or dark rye bread and Thousand Island Dressing and grilled to perfection.

Mini Turkey Meatballs with a spicy dipping Sauce- Juicy bites of meatballs are accompanied by a spicy tomato sauce for dipping.

Muffeletta Sandwich- Italian meat and cheese are layered with an olive tampenade into the center of a round loaf of bread and sliced into single sandwich triangles. This not only looks beautiful sliced but tastes just as good!

Onion, Gorgonzola and Fig Squares- Carmelized red onion, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese spread over pastry and baked. Once cut into bite sized squares each one is topped with a fig jam. A great combination of sweet and savory will make these a hit at your next party.

Prosciutto Rolls- Ricotta Cheese and salty prosciutto are combined within layers of Phyllo Dough and Baked until crisp and golden brown.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus- Stalks of asparagus wrapped on a slice of prosciutto and Phyllo Dough. Baked until the dough is crispy and the asparagus is perfectly crisp tender.

Ranch Sausage Cups- Sweet Italian Sausage, cheese, black olives and ranch seasoning are combined and placed into won ton cups and baked until hot and creamy. There won't be any left of these perfect party bites!

Roast Beef and Horseradish Finger Sandwiches- Horseradish cream cheese and roast beef are sandwiched between fresh yeast rolls. A slice of tomato make this small sandwich a great snack or party hors d'oeuvres.

Spanikopita Rolls- A traditional Greek favorite. Spinach and feta cheese rolled between layers of flaky Phyllo Dough and baked until crispy and golden brown.

Spinach Dip- Always a hit! Spinach and seasonings are mixed with green onions, water chestnuts and served in a bread bowl with bread cubes and vegetable crudite for dipping.
